Blanket Gas Saver, Dead Weight Setting for Accuracy and Repeatability.
1. As the Tank pressure falls, the Accu-Set turns on the Actuator's supply gas.   2. The Actuator opens allowing the Blanket Gas to flow into the tank to stabilize the Tank Pressure.   3. Tank Pressure reaches the desired level and the Accu-set shuts off the Acuator's supply gas.   4. The Actuator closes, shutting off the Blanket Gas.

TORNADO™ TECHNOLOGIES INC. has had extensive experience in controlling vapors of many types. The TTI Accu-Set Gas Blanket Controller is another product that has been developed to assist in controlling these vapors more accurately and economically. The TORNADO™ TECHNOLOGIES INC. Accu-Set Controller is a diaphragm controlled micro-valve. As the pressure in the tank is applied to the diaphram, it lifts the diaphragm and control linkage. The linkage is connected to a micro-valve that actuates a control valve in the blanket gas supply line. This approach is very simple, dependable and accurate with repeatability. The Accu-Set System is very user friendly, easy to maintain and reduces blanket gas consumption due to the positive shut off of supply gas control valves.
