The TTI-DSCVI consists of a selected refractory lined combustion chamber sized to maintain a certain operating temperature and to allow for a specific required retention time to assure complete combustion of the waste gas stream. These systems can be equipped with various types of burners to allow for one or more gas streams to enter the combustion chamber. These units come with a range of controls from manual controls right up to fully automated PLC'S for total self control. Systems can be designed in many configurations such as natural draft or forced draft combustion air intake. These units can be freestanding or guy wire supported. These systems can have elevated control platforms or ground level control panels depending on electrical classifications. We can supply elevated or ground level air intake flame arrestors to ensure flash back protection.
