Stacks or Flare Pit applications.
FEATURES:

The above features
incorporate SEVEN Flare Ignition options into ONE. The constant pilot
assures ignition of all flare gases exiting the flare tip or line. The
pilot itself is energy efficient using only 15 scfh of fuel gas. The pilot
re-ignition consists of a high energy internal spark that relites the
pilot premix every forty (40) seconds. The external electronic ignition
consists of an external high energy spark jumping a gap, to ignite the
flare gases in the wind shroud. This also sparks every 40 seconds,
insuring another source of ignition. The Ceramic Nozzle extends the life
of the pilot significantly, due to the non-metallic composition. The
TORNADO™ SEVEN in ONE System has been tested in the most severe conditions
in the Oilfield.

OPTIONS:
• 12V, 12V solar, 24V, 110V A.C. with battery back up. All A.C. units come with
battery back up to assure ignitions under power failure conditions.

TORNADO™ FLARE STACKS, custom built by TORNADO™ TECHNOLOGIES, are competitively priced

assist stacks are available. These stacks are engineered and come as complete packages.
