MODEL 225CM
The Model 225CM Hydrogen / Oxygen monitoring instrument is a nuclear qualified
unit providing continuous analysis of the atmosphere in a containment vessel following a loss-of-coolant accident (LOCA)
or steam line break (SLB) in a nuclear facility. This analysis is important to gauge the extent of reactor damage as well as
to determine what corrective measures should be utilized in a post-accident situation.
The 225CM series is Class 1E safety-related equipment and is fully qualified to IEEE 323-1974 and IEEE 344-1975.
This unit is designed to function without maintenance for a minimum of 100 days coincident with an LOCA or SLB.
Continuous functioning for longer intervals with or without accident conditions is easily accomplished with minimal
maintenance.
